The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality, reliability, and compliance with standards at all project phases, from design to implementation.Tasks to be performed:Ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO 9001, AS9100, or other applicable standards).Implement and manage quality assurance (QA) and product assurance (PA) processes in hardware and software projects.Conduct internal and external quality audits.Define and oversee quality plans and validation and verification processes.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure proper integration of hardware and software systems.Ensure compliance with specific regulations in the Defense and/or Aerospace sectors.Manage non-conformities and propose continuous improvement plans.Prepare technical reports and quality documentation.Required skills, experience, and candidate profile:Minimum of 5 years of experience in PA/QA roles.Experience in projects involving hardware and software.Advanced knowledge of standards and regulations in the Defense and Aerospace sectors (e.g., DO-178C, DO-254, ECSS, MIL-STD).Degree in Engineering or a related field.Skills in auditing and quality control tools.Proficiency in technical English (spoken and written).Additionally, we will also value experience in the following areas:Experience in certifications or validations in regulated environments.Think Big, Do the Job & Enjoy Life.
