IESE focuses on principles in the workplace that help cultivate an atmosphere of professionalism, integrity, service and respect and believes that organizations are communities of people.Main Responsibilities and tasksThe purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Career Development Center to aid the day-to-day running of all activities and events to help IESE students in their job search. It means being in contact with both companies and students from all over the world, and reporting directly to two Associate Directors.Provide general administrative support with: internal technical platforms, the departments mailbox, data reports, organization of events, liaison with other departments, purchasing orders, etc.Manage job platform: approving new companies, inserting new job postings, managing deadlines, generating CV books, giving feedbacks from companies, controlling student offers and updating the system accordingly.Take ownership and coordinate activities on-line and on-campus ensuring everything run smoothly. For example: posting job opportunities, sending CV books, organizing interviews, internal workshops, Career Forums, corporate presentations, case competitions, student club conferences, surveys, and networking events.Event organization including scheduling, publishing in the student platform, logistics (room, technician and F&B bookings), invitations, attendance check and post-delivery follow-up.Be the liaison between students, companies and IESE by responding to inquiries and solving issues from companies, students, and visitors over the phone and in personAssist the Associate Directors to find new companies recruiting on campus and make contact by email and by phone (Business Development).Produce documents and/or presentations using word, excel, power point.Requirements Key competences requiredAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, meeting deadlines and anticipating needsPro-active and flexible, able to act under pressure and ability to learn and adapt to new scenarios. Working with two different managersSpirit of service and organizational skills are key competences for this roleExcellent interpersonal oral and written communicationAnalytical skills and attention to detailSelf-motivated and resilientCultural acceptance, awareness and mutual respect is a must. Role includes contact with companies and students from a variety of cultural backgroundsStrong computer skills. Experience with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint requiredExperience in an office environment working in a team preferably in a support functionOther requirementsBilingual in English and Spanish is fundamentalAvailability to work some Saturdays during the year for special events#J-18808-Ljbffr
