En el hotel Hilton Barcelona buscamos un/a C&E Coordinator para contratación permanente para formar parte del equipo.
El hotel Hilton Barcelona es un hotel 4* superior, ubicado en el distrito comercial y financiero de la ciudad, es un hotel de negocios y eventos que cuenta con 290 habitaciones.
**¿Cuáles serán mis funciones principales?**
El Coordinador de Conferencias y Eventos maximiza las oportunidades de ingresos en el área de conferencias y eventos a la hora de dirigir siempre las ventas y las conversaciones ofreciendo una excelente calidad en el servicio al cliente.
**Responsabilidades del puesto**:
- Recibir y convertir peticiones entrantes para alcanzar los objetivos y la maximización del presupuesto.
- Administrar y organizar el horario del evento para maximizar el rendimiento.
- Organizar y realizar visitas del Hotel.
- Garantizar la completa administración y ejecución de todos los actos programados y reservas de grupos.
- Soporte al equipo de Conferencias y Eventos con las tareas administrativas y liderar el seguimiento de las tareas del Departamento.
