Somos _partners_ oficiales de Meta, Google, TikTok y Pinterest y hemos desarrollado** **nuestra propia tecnología**, para apoyar a los anunciantes a gestionar todas sus campañas de _Paid Media_ desde un único lugar.

Estamos buscando un/a **People Business Partner** Junior para formar parte de nuestro equipo de People, Talent & Culture en las oficinas de Barcelona.

**Los retos de la posición son**:

- Responsable del proceso de selección de principio a fin.
- Responsable del proceso de Onboarding/Offboarding interno.
- Dar apoyo en la actualización de procesos internos y implementación de nuevas herramientas.
- Actuar como partner directo de los Mánagers para apoyarlos en sus necesidades de selección.
- Dar apoyo en el área administrativa y de Relaciones Laborales del departamento.
- Dar apoyo en las actividades de teambuilding e iniciativas de la compañía.
- Ser un referente y transmitir los valores y cultura de empresa.

**Eres tú si**:

- Aportas un mínimo de 2 años de experiência en el departamento de People.
- Tienes conocimientos básicos de los procesos internos del departamento.
- Tienes experiência en la gestión end to end de los procesos de selección (Gestionar diferentes perfiles y posiciones de manera simultanea).
- Utilizas múltiples portales de empleo para la búsqueda de perfiles.
- Posees conocimientos básicos en legislación laboral y normativas vigentes.
- Tienes experiência en tareas administrativas correspondientes al área.
- Manejas herramientas ofimáticas (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Eres un/a team player.
- Tienes increíbles habilidades interpersonales y un enfoque entusiasta y práctico.
- Eres una persona estratégica y estás orientada a objetivos y al detalle.

- Viernes y mes de agosto jornada intensiva.
- Flexibilidad horaria de entrada y salida.
- Modelo híbrido oficina-remoto (3 días presencial oficina y 2 días homeoffice).
