Your role is to develop and deliver a win-win Customer strategy and Customer Business Plan through the best integration of the Delaviuda Confectionery strategy for our brands (El Almendro Delaviuda ), the strategy of the customers and your category strategy, with the aim to achieve our profit targets grow the key brands/segments of the category.You will bring the voice needs of the customers and shoppers towards the different stakeholders and you are an active member of the Sales Team.You will own the agenda with all customers from supporting the annual negotiation, to monthly performance management whilst delivering on our journey in this very competitive category on strategic projects in a 3 year plan.You will manage the External GPVs sales force ( 12 people )What will you main responsibilities be?Monitor Delaviuda and Retailer profitabilityManage and develop customer relationship: know the customer, network, negotiate and close the deal for all the customers you serve and, in all channels·Deal implementation and constant evaluation to further improve, adapt and course correct where necessaryCustomer Strategy And Business PlanDevelop the customer strategic business plan and work out a joint customer business planDeliver the customer strategic business plan, monitor and review the plan in line with the agreed targets (NetSales, Contribution)Develop optimal integrated promo plan and manage promo investmentsWork in close collaboration with Revenue, Trade Marketing team, as well as your peers in the team.Manage the customer PLProvide clear objectives and deliverables for the field teamSkills You Should HaveAnalytical data driven thinkingCustomer strategic understandingCollaboration Relationship builderNegotiation skillsCategory Management skillsCustomer serviceExcellence in executionCreativity and think outside the boxExperience You Should HaveBachelors degree in economics or engineering.At least 5 year of experience in FMCG in commercial rolesFormer experience in key account management, ( Food or DPH categories )Experience in field sales is an assetA very good knowledge of English.At Delaviuda CG we offer a diverse and conciliatory work environment in which people are at the center of the business strategy.
