Son fabricantes de distintos productos de alimentación y de marcas muy reconocidas por el consumidor. Son una compañía en constante cambio y con mucho foco en la innovación y en el lanzamiento de nuevos productos en sus distintas categorías y mercados.

Estamos liderando la búsqueda de un perfil crítico para su crecimiento comercial; Key Account Manager para sus cuentas nacionales.

 Reportando a dirección comercial, la misión del National KAM será garantizar y liderar la gestión de las grandes cuentas de lo clientes asignados, su fidelización y crecimiento. Además deberá garantizar la toma de decisiones basada en el análisis critico y maximizar la relación con el cliente en términos de calidad, eficiencia y rentabilidad.

**Sus funciones principales serán**:
Asegurarse el cumplimiento de la estrategia comercial marcada por la dirección, enfocada en dirigir la relación con los grandes clientes para ser lideres de mercado.
Asegurar el análisis periódico por cliente y por categoría sobre las ventas y materia prima.
Garantizar el seguimiento integro del proceso de venta con el cliente, tanto de producto existente como de producto nuevo.
Asegurar y elaborar indicadores comerciales y de gestión.
Estudiar la competencia, el mercado y de tendencias de consumidor.
Asegurar la interlocución con clientes para la resolución de dudas e incidencias.
Desarrollo y presentación del estudio de oportunidades.
Impulsar el lanzamiento de productos nuevos en coordinación y colaboración el área de I+D y operaciones.

**Requisitos**:
Profesionales con experiência de al menos 6 años como KAM para canal retail supermercados y gestionando cuentas nacionales.
Experiência en categorías de alimentación idealmente.
Que idealmente cuenten con experiência trabajando con Carrefour (no excluyente)
Que sean capaces de generar relaciones significativas y fuertes con clientes.
Que cuenten con habilidades interpersonales y capacidad para el trabajo en equipo.
Hábiles para la negociación y orientación a resultados.
Con dominio de Excel y Power Point.
Idealmente con un nível de inglés alto (no excluyente).
