Qué esperamos de ti:Integrado/a en el área de Commercial amp; Clean Energies, serás responsable del desarrollo de los distintos y novedosos conceptos comerciales del Programa Comercial de Descarbonización, de su implementación y testeo en cliente y adaptación a las necesidades de cada cuenta/proyecto.Para ello, tus funciones principales serán: Desarrollo de las alianzas externas e internas para el desarrollo de dichos conceptos, de las capacidades necesarias para habilitarlos y del desarrollo de la plataforma digital que permitirá su escalabilidad.Desarrollo y adaptación de la oferta comercial Smart Energy.Optimización comercial dinámica de los planes de descarbonización de las cuentas objetivo (tanto CAPEX como OPEX), garantizando el cumplimiento de la regulación y sus objetivos de reducción de carbono.#34;Desarrollo de capacidades internas y/o externas y de las alianzas necesarias para proveer servicios, para el desarrollo de planes de descarbonización.Desarrollo de capacidades internas y/o externas para proveer servicios de eficiencia energética.Desarrollo e implementación de una plataforma digital de descarbonización junto con partners tecnológicos estratégicos (de la mano de la Oficina Digital de Cepsa), que permitan proveer de forma escalable dichos servicios y soluciones.Desarrollo y adaptación de la oferta comercial Mobility as a Service.Habilitar la optimización del plan de descarbonización de las flotas de nuestros clientes/partners, llegando en un extremo a proveer directamente la flota como servicio en función de su uso [por unidad de energía verde consumida]Desarrollo de partnerships con entidades financieras, OEMs y otros tecnólogos para poder habilitar dicha plataforma de soluciones y habilitar las capacidades digitales necesarias para hacerlo escalable.Desarrollo y adaptación de otros conceptos/proyectos comercialesHabilitar el desarrollo de otros productos/servicios/proyectos de descarbonización en clientes/partners.Desarrollo cualquier otro habilitador necesario para el desarrollo de dichos conceptos comerciales.Mantenerse al día de los distintos avances del mercado en descarbonización y el desarrollo de productos y servicios orientados en este sentido por peers y otros competidores.Qué estamos buscando:Titulación Universitaria en Finanzas, Económicas, Ingeniería u otras formaciones superiores.Nivel alto de inglés.Otros conocimientos necesarios:Conocimientos de trading y optimización comercial.Conocimientos en finanzas y estructuración financiera.Experiencia (tipo y tiempo):Experiencia mínima de 5 años en los distintos sectores que soporten el perfil buscado (imprescindible).Experiencia comercial y de desarrollo de negocio.Experiencia y conocimiento de los sectores de gas amp; electricidad y oil amp; gas, siendo ambos necesarios.Localización: Torre Cepsa (Madrid).Cepsa vela por la igualdad de oportunidades, identificando y desarrollando todo el potencial de las personas basándose exclusivamente en sus capacidades para el desempeño de sus funciones.
