Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all ESG data and disclosures.Risk Management: Identify and assess ESG risks. Develop strategies to mitigate these risks and ensure they are integrated into the company's overall risk management framework.Stakeholder Engagement and Due Diligence: Engage with internal and external stakeholders on ESG matters. Communicate the company's ESG initiatives and progress to stakeholders, including investors, customers, and regulatory bodies.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on ESG trends, regulations, and best practices. Continuously improve the company's ESG compliance programs and initiativesQualifications Strong project management skills to oversee ESG initiatives and reporting processes.Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex ESG concepts clearly and effectively.Ability to prepare comprehensive ESG reports and presentations for various stakeholders.Strong interpersonal skills to engage with internal teams, senior management, and external stakeholders.
