What your role isWe are looking for a passionate Field Sales Manager who, based in our Madrid office and reporting directly to the Head of Sales National Accounts, will be responsible of defining and implementing the right strategy in the point of sale for all our brands and customers.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop in collaboration with the Key Account Managers the Field Business plans in Both Spain and PortugalInterface with other departments within the company acting as the communication point for everything related to the point of saleManage the Field Sales Team with our Field Sales Partner (Indirect reports)Ensure the achievement of define KPI targets: Distribution, Share of shelf, additional sort placements, Out of stocksPromotional execution- Ensure desired promotions are in place and runningQualificationsMinimum Required: Bachelor's Degree Administration/economicsPreferred Level: MBA or other graduate degree2/3 years in Multinational environment (preferable FMCG industry)English C1Computer proficient with Microsoft OfficeCompetenciesAbility to influence the indirect sales force team to maximize their contribution and potentialAbility to develop strong relationships externally (within the Point of sale) and internally (withing General Mills).Strong ability to work with Excell and Power PointWell-developed analytical skillsStrong Growth and creative mindsetHighly oriented to resultsWhat you will bring to the teamDemonstrate your adaptability ability and teamworkBe able to think creatively with strategic insightHave excellent communication skillsBe prepared for an international careerWhat you get from usFlexible and employee-focused work cultureEqual Employment opportunitiesAt General Mills, we are committed to recruiting, retaining, developing and advancing an inclusive workforce that reflects the diversity of the consumers and communities we serve globally.
