Si finalizaste tus estudios del Grado en Ingeniería Química hace 2-3 años o menos y tienes algo de experiencia en un entorno productivo como Ingeniero/a de Procesos, producción o mejora continua, ésta puede ser tu oportunidad Buscamos un/a PROCESS ENGINEER para una importante multinacional del sector químico situada en Sant Celoni.RESPONSABILIDADES Colaborar en los procesos de fabricación de nuevos artículos, siguiendo la evolución de los ensayos y verificando su factibilidad industrial.Supervisar los ensayos industriales y la aplicación de las nuevas inversiones, validando la consecución de los objetivos previstos.Optimización de procesos, análisis de datos y definición de parámetros de fabricación.Aplicación de metodologías Lean y colaboración con los departamentos de Calidad, Laboratorio de I+D, Producción y Responsables Técnicos.Colaborar en el análisis de los problemas y efectuar un seguimiento de las acciones correctivas de las reclamaciones-problemas de los productos, a fin de verificar la eficacia de estas.Participar y colaborar en la puesta a punto de nuevas instalaciones o modificaciones de líneas productivas.Verificar junto con planificación y producción, que la programación de las máquinas sea adecuada a la complejidad de los productos.Participar en las reuniones de nuevos proyectos previas a la industrialización, a fin de evaluar los medios necesarios y visualizar posibles limitaciones de la planta.REQUISITOS Grado en Ingeniería Química.Valorable formación específica en entornos productivos y/o procesos (Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing o similar).De 2-4 años de experiencia en un entorno productivo.Nivel de inglés avanzado (entorno al C1).Domicilio cercano a Sant Celoni.SE OFRECE: Puesto estable de trabajo.Horario de 8 -17h de lunes a jueves.
