Nuestra expansión a los principales destinos del mundo, junto con nuestra clara estrategia de crecimiento, nos ha permitido posicionarnos como la 2a cadena más grande de España y una de las 30 mejores del mundo en términos de número de habitaciones.Nuestro compromiso de asegurar la satisfacción de nuestros huéspedes y el bienestar de todo nuestro equipo ha sido premiado con el premio "Mejor Empresa de Gestión Hotelera en el Mundo" en la última edición de los World Travel Awards, considerados los Oscar del sector turístico internacional.Actualmente, el Barceló Hotel Group cuenta con 270 hoteles urbanos y turísticos de 4 y 5 estrellas, con un total de más de 60.000 habitaciones distribuidas en 24 países.Funciones:A nivel general: Aplicar y desarrollar la estrategia comercial y de distribución online definida por el Grupo.Analizar y conocer el mercado y la competencia existente y potencial, proponiendo acciones que permitan aumentar la cuota de mercado, pricing y el posicionamiento de cada uno de los Hoteles en sus respectivos destinos.A nivel detalle: Analizar e interpretar, junto con el equipo comercial, las fuentes externas e internas de información.Ser dinámico en la gestión de canales de venta.Mantenimiento y mejora de nuestro CRS Synxis, de las extranets de OTAs, y del resto de players con los que trabaje cada hotel.Control de paridad, para que nuestro canal directo Barcelo.Com SIEMPRE tenga las mejores condiciones de venta.Control de contenido para una correcta distribución tanto en canal propio como resto de OTA-s y cuentas online con las que trabaja tú hotel.Mantener relación directa con las principales cuentas de la Compañía en la zona de actuación.Asegurar el crecimiento en los principales KPIs corporativos, tales como Ocup%, ADR, REVPAR, TREVPAR, TREVPOR, Upselling y Crosselling.Requisitos:Diplomatura en Hostelería/Turismo o asimilado.Master en Revenue Management será valorable.Idiomas: inglés.Ofimática: Imprescindible Office, Power BI, manejo de extranets y CRS Sabre Synxis, PMS QUOTEL, Review Pro, NOR1, BEFOCUS y conocimientos básicos de Marketing online serán muy valorables.#J-18808-Ljbffr
