Funciones:El Store Manager, es la persona responsable del punto de venta, siendo embajador de la firma y asegurándose de que cada cliente sea bien tratado.ResponsabilidadesGestionar y supervisar las operaciones diarias de la tiendaDirigir al equipo de ventas y motivarlos para alcanzar los objetivos establecidosMantener un buen nivel de atención al cliente y ofrecer un excelente servicioRealizar el seguimiento de las ventas y los indicadores de rendimiento de la tiendaGestionar el inventario y asegurarse de que los productos estén disponibles en stockLogro de objetivos cuantitativos y cualitativos con KPI's.
