**Store Manager Ibiza / Gerente de la tienda**:
Buscamos uno/a Store Manager para nuestra tienda de Ibiza con experiência y ganas de crecer en una empresa joven y dinámica.
Se hará cargo de la organización y de la gestión operativa tanto de la tienda como del equipo, en particular será responsable de las siguientes actividades entre otras:

- organización de turnos de trabajo / planes de vacaciones/seguimiento de altas y bajas;
- supervisión, motivación y capacitación del personal;
- análisis y seguimiento de los KPI’s para la venta y promoción de las acciones necesarias para garantizar el logro de los resultados esperados;
- aplicación correcta del modelo de atención al cliente durante la experiência de compra;
- aplicación del visual según la imagen de la marca;
- organización y gestión del almacén (pedidos, reposiciones, aceptación envíos, devoluciones, gestión de prendas faltantes);
- responsabilidad de los cierres de caja diarios (cuadratura) y de la gestión el efectivo (ingreso en el banco);
- relaciones continuas con el District Manager de la matriz y con las oficinas locales ubicadas en Barcelona;
- soporte a la venta, asistencia y fidelización del cliente.
- ha ganado experiência como store manager en el sector moda Retail;
- posee buenas habilidades organizativas y de gestión;
- tiene un temperamento carismático y enérgico;
- tiene un excelente conocimiento del idioma inglés;
- sabe cómo trabajar de manera flexible bajo estrés
- tiene buenas habilidades de comunicación
