The way we see it, every Alcoan is a work-shaper, team-shaper, idea-shaper, world-shaper.Main ResponsibilitiesAssistance to Smelter & Refinery OM's day to day working, managing their agendas, and supporting some of their on-course tasks.OM's liaison within Local and Global Lead Teams.Contact person for Alcoa Foundation and Volunteer Projects in San Ciprian, you will participate in decision and execution so you will have a great visibility in San Ciprian Area.Organization and execution of meetings and events with Customers, Contractors, Universities, Schools, and especially with members of Spanish Administration as Gobierno Central, Xunta, Alcaldes, Diputación Provincial and others.You will lead internal and external communication with the support of other areas.You will provide a special collaboration to General Services Area, supporting some of the key tasks.About youAt least 10 years' experience in the role, industrial and Worldwide Companies knowledge environment is welcome.Loyalty and discretion.Autonomy, initiative, and flexibility.Strong communication and social skills.Proficient in MS Office applications.Executive Assistant Certification will be a plus.What we offerCompetitive salary based on our C&B programs.A competitive daily journey to balance your personal and professional life.An important package of social benefits included in our Collective Labor Agreement.About the LocationRecognized as an industry pioneer, Alcoa is an international company with operations across 6 continents.
