About the role
As an Accounting Assistant at KNK Machineries & Equipment Corporation , you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's financial operations. This full-time position is based in Carmona Cavite and involves a variety of accounting and administrative tasks to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the company's financial records.
What you'll be doing
Preparing and processing invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents
Maintaining and updating accounting records, including journals, ledgers, and financial statements
Assisting with the reconciliation of bank statements and other accounts
Providing administrative support to the accounting team, such as filing and data entry
Collaborating with other departments to ensure the timely and accurate reporting of financial information
Adhering to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant accounting standards and regulations
What we're looking for
Graduate of BS Accountancy or any business or financial related courses
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A team-oriented approach and the ability to work collaboratively
