**Quienes somos**

El Área de filantropía de Ferrer, que actualmente engloba cuatro fundaciones
pioneras y con gran impacto social, parte de una filantropía sistémica y
transformadora que empodera a personas y promueve la igualdad de
oportunidades, alejada de elitismos y eslóganes grandilocuentes.

Nuestra filantropía es una apuesta transformadora, orientada a hechos y
realidades tangibles, que cataliza e impulsa un cambio real y efectivo y que
contribuye a cimentar nuevas bases con un claro objetivo: reducir el abismo de
desigualdades existente en el mundo, con la mirada y los esfuerzos puestos en
conseguir mayor cohesión y progreso social.

Partiendo de esta base sólida y, sobre todo, coherente, el Área de Filantropía
de Ferrer trabaja alrededor de tres pilares a través de los cuales despertar
consciencias e intentar, día a día, recuperar la sensibilidad perdida en el seno
de la sociedad actual. Estos son:

- La equidad social y la justicia climática
- La cultura, desde la base hasta la excelencia, a través de la música y la
literatura
- El deporte, acompañando a nueva generación de jóvenes del más alto
nível para que se erijan como activistas

**Misión**
Formarás parte del equipo de las fundaciones como People BP transversal,
reportando directamente a la Responsable de Proyectos y Procesos y en
contacto directo con parte de People de Ferrer, además de tener un alto nível
de interlocución interno con la diferentes áreas y responsables de las
fundaciones (consultoría, legal, administración, comunicación ).

**Responsabilidades**
- Entender las diferentes áreas de negocio para dar soporte
en la detección de necesidades y cómo cubrirlas.
- Crear las bases y la estrategia del área de People de las fundaciones
y desarrollar e implementar todas las acciones.
- Dar soporte a los diferentes responsables para ayudar en la
estrategia e implementación de proyectos transversales.
- Creación y seguimiento de un plan de desarrollo y formación para los
equipos.
- Referente y promotor de Heatlh, Safety y Wellbeing conjuntamente con nuestra gestoría externa.
- Dar soporte a los diferentes responsables en procesos de selección.
- Gestionar las relaciones laborales (administración de las personas, auditoria, nóminas ) conjuntamente con nuestra gestoría externa.
- Creación, definición y seguimiento de políticas de people (onboarding, acoso laboral, inclusión )

**Requisitos para el puesto**
- Experiência mínima de 3 años en área de People o similar.
- Grado en Psicología, ADE, Relaciones laborales o similares
- Muy valorable Máster o Postgrado en Recursos Humanos
- Castellano (nativo), catalán (nativo), inglés (B2)
- Conocimiento de Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)

**Habilidades**
- Persona proactiva, dinámica y con capacidad de multitasking, empática, con capacidad organizativa, rigurosa y resolutiva.
- Tener compromiso, sensibilidad e interés por el ámbito de la sostenibilidad, la cultura e iniciativas de ayuda social (ámbito tercer sector).
