Sigue leyendoPara dar más contexto sobre ellos, Galp Solar es un spin-off de Galp -la gran energética portuguesa- de la que surge como una startup independiente con la misión de usar la tecnología y la digitalización para generar las mejores propuestas de autoconsumo energético, pero con el músculo de una gran empresa detrás. Ya cuentan con Manfreditas en sus filas por lo que tienen nuestro sello Manfredo.Trabajarás en un proyecto innovador, en el que la tecnología es el centro de la estrategia, para impulsar las energías renovables descentralizadas. Contarás con libertad, los medios necesarios para hacer tu trabajo y -sobre todo- un equipo joven, con talento y muy buen rollo.En una primera fase, pusieron en marcha el negocio, principalmente, con paneles solares fotovoltaicos y se han consolidado en el mercado español y portugués. Ahora se encuentran en la fase de scale-up, con más de 60 empleados, incorporando nuevos productos, soluciones y servicios en un mercado en plena ebullición con una estrategia basada en tecnología y escalado.Tus tareas principales se centrarán en la gestión del equipo técnico junto con Jorge, el CTO, así que tendrás que asegurarte de que tanto la cultura de excelencia tech como la de personas funciona bien. Serás el Engineering Manager de varios equipos orientados a Producto y tendrás total autonomía para su gestión, incluyendo planes de carrera y desarrollo profesional, formación, cultura, etc., y participarás en la definición y ejecución de la estrategia del área.Para que te hagas una idea, ahora mismo tienen un equipo híbrido y cuentan con unas 35 personas en total, incluyendo consultoría externa. El plan es ampliar el equipo interno con al menos 14 nuevos desarrolladores este año.También es importante que tengas un background técnico sólido en stacks de referencia y que puedas evaluar, identificar y apoyar al equipo en temas de arquitectura, best practices y estrategia técnica, siempre como un rol de soporte. En este aspecto, es importante que tengas experiencia escalando equipos y arquitecturas en uno de los 3 clouds: AWS, Azure o GCloud .Formarás parte de un equipo que pretende revolucionar el mercado energético:Hardware propio.
