Fully automated trade execution and portfolio management, supported by continuously evolving strategies, algorithms, and risk management solutions.
Main Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, acting as a liaison between clients and various departments at 3CommasMaintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners, identifying and pursuing growth opportunitiesManage a portfolio of high-value accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retentionConduct regular check-ins and strategy sessions with key clients to understand their needs and provide solutionsCollaborate with internal teams to address client requests, resolve issues, and implement improvementsDevelop and execute account plans to maximize client value and engagementContribute to new client development initiativesMonitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential threats Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar account management role, preferably in the crypto or fintech industryExtensive understanding of the crypto trading industry, including market dynamics, trading strategies, and industry terminologyProven track record of managing and growing key client relationshipsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in an ambiguous environmentSelf-driven with a high level of initiative and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesFluent in English (both written and spoken) Desired Qualities: Attentive to detail and client needsFriendly and professional demeanourAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industryPassion for cryptocurrency and blockchain technology We offer: We offer flexible working conditions with a priority to work from our offices in Barcelona, followed by Tallinn.
