Si es así, sigue leyendo.¿Qué vas a hacer con nosotros?Nos ayudarás a brindar apoyo continuo a nuestros clientes y mantener contacto con ellos, a construir relaciones, implementar nuevos programas que aumenten el potencial de negocio del cliente y reduzcan sus procesos ineficientes.Apoyar a los clientes construyendo estrechas relaciones de confianza que se extienden más allá de un proyecto o pedido y que alinean sus actuaciones con el negocio mismo del cliente.En última instancia, trabajarás directamente con los clientes para ayudarles a resolver sus problemas identificando áreas de mejora y arquitecturando soluciones para garantizar su satisfacción aprovechando el conocimiento técnico profundo de nuestras soluciones. También trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con otras áreas de la compañía, como ventas, soporte, etc. para garantizar que los problemas, incidencias e inquietudes de los clientes se aborden de manera oportuna.Llevado a la práctica y al día a día, tus principales responsabilidades serán:Establecer objetivos claros de retención de clientes.Establecer hitos y hojas de ruta dirigidos al cliente para que los clientes y nuestra organización se alineen adecuadamente.Ayudar a los clientes a desplegar y explotar aplicaciones y soluciones.Promover el valor de las soluciones aportadas.Incrementar la venta cruzada de soluciones y servicios promoviendo nuestra imagen.Asistir en la creación de cursos y materiales de capacitación.Revisar las quejas, casos y preocupaciones de los clientes y buscar mejorar la experiencia del cliente con nosotros.Dependiendo de dónde vivas, podrás trabajar en nuestra oficina central situada en Rubí (Barcelona) o en Derio (Bizkaia) o Madrid, todas ellas de fácil acceso y bien comunicadas.Formarás parte de una empresa con cultura corporativa, centrada en las personas.Entorno de trabajo dinámico y agradable, rodeados de compañer@s de quienes aprender y con quienes crecer.Estabilidad, sin preocupaciones por el futuro.
