.Scope:· Be the Service Leader for MRO activities· Ensure the fulfilment of EPI commitments related to MRO activities (repair of engines, modules and LRUs)· Work on mid to long strategies of MRO activities to improve TAT, reduce costs and enhance customer satisfaction.Accountabilities:· The Head of MRO is accountable for all MRO (repair) activities, from point of induction of the asset into the shop to re-delivering and invoicing the repair.1) Coordinates a cross functional team across EPI to deliver on time and on quality repaired engines, modules and LRUs :A. Coordination:· Lead and coordinate the EPI MRO Service, from Repair Purchase Order to final Invoice, including Parent Companies and Suppliers to ensure On-Time delivery, to fulfill EPI commitments, and in line with the relevant contractual requirements. Manage and optimise ways to secure this goal.· Interface with EPI Directorates to ensure functional resources are provided for optimised performance within EPI.· Interface with Aftermarket Programs Directorate Teams and OEM & Supply Chain Program Directorate to :§ Keep up to date through information exchange.§ Agree, whenever needed, priorities between interconnected services, to recommend solutions and agree priorities when potential conflicts arise on Suppliers · Escalate to the relevant forums, actions and issues impacting the MRO performance within the EPI Consortium.· Coordinate the operational calls with PCs and Suppliers, as well as the relevant Working Groups as the MRO Working Group· Coordinate with the Head of ESS2 & Projects all contractual activities.· Coordinate, when needed, industrial repair project activities for the TP400 programme to ensure fulfillment of the MRO plan.· Coordination of Warranty Handling Panel activities and interface with customers for warranty claims.B. Operations & Budget:· Track operational status of all engines, modules and LRUs within MRO process, and ensure PCs and Suppliers performance is achieved within the agreed gated process and delivered On Time.· Provide the budget forecasts and budget follow-up activities in coordination with Finance.· Actively participate in the S&OP exercise providing the 2 to 3 years forecast view, to complete MCM outcome and ML1 demand.C. Reporting· Lead and ensure the reporting of all EPI MRO activities internally within EPI and PCs, as well as to the Customer, when needed.· Report and escalate regularly to ExCom and Leadership Meetings progress plan achievement.· Establish and monitor relevant KPIs to evaluate MRO performance and forecast accordingly to allow implementation of corrective/preventive actions as needed to meet or exceed targets, d.
