We're currently seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our growing 'Go-to-Market Dream Team' in Lisbon.
In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our next phase of growth and company impact.
What you'll be doing : We're in the process of scaling Sama, and our success starts with new business.
Be ready to be the CEO of your territory, from finding, meeting, negotiating, and closing new clients.
You'll take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
Must Haves : You have a minimum of 5 years experience as an Account ExecutiveYou have a minimum of 3 years of B2B SaaS experienceExperience selling directly to HR / L&DYou have done 360 degree sales (owning sourcing to closing)Sold to US, UK or IrelandEnjoy working in a startup environmentYou are fluent and incredibly articulate in English, both verbal and writtenWhat people would say about you : You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are autonomousYou're able to work in an environment with limited structure and processesYou're obsessed with building end-to-end sales systems and processes that fuel sustainable revenue growthYou're excited to tackle new challenges head-onYou're extremely curiousNew opportunities and potential challenges excite youYou have a bias for action—you're a doerYou're open, trustworthy, and committedYou're a team playerWhat you'll get : 60,000-80,000 + commission + equityFully remote working (-5 / +1 GMT).Plenty of room for growth as our ambitious team grows tooAccess to your professional coach via our appRegular training and developmentYou want to make a dent in the worlds and join a startup that has a positive impact on the world.
