You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base across key industries such as Entertainment, Music, Sports, and Corporate Merchandising.As part of a dynamic and creative team, you'll focus on:Identifying opportunities,Reaching out to decision-makers,Building lasting partnerships.KEY RESPONSABILITIES- Research and Identify New Business Opportunities:- Use LinkedIn, HubSpot, and other tools to identify new leads.Qualify leads based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria.Engage with decision-makers and relevant stakeholders.Build relationships with potential clients and partners to drive sales opportunities.CRM Management:- Import new leads and manage existing contacts in HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.- Organise contacts by industry, region, and lead status, and assign relevant properties.Track the progress of leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversion to meetings or opportunities.Report on performance metrics, activity levels, and sales pipeline, providing insight into lead generation effectiveness.Participate in regular team meetings to discuss lead generation results, refine strategies, and align on company goals.Provide feedback and insights on market trends and customer needs to help shape Festibax's business development approach.Ongoing Training & Professional Development:- Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and new tools or platforms to optimise outreach efforts.- Attend internal training sessions to enhance your skills and grow within the business development role.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORProactive and Self-Driven: Comfortable working independently while meeting KPIs & targets.Organised: Ability to manage and prioritise tasks efficiently.Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a bonus).Strong Communication Skills: Confident in professional correspondence and outreach.Fluent in English: Additional languages are a plus.Personal traits: A strong problem-solving capability, highly motivated and driven.Experience Level: Beginner to mid-level.
