The OpportunityTo manage day-to-day compensation and benefits related activities, with the objective to develop competitive and cost-efficient programs that will assist with employee retention and attract top talent.What you'll get to doContribute to the definition, development and implementation of a CB strategy that contributes to the group's strategy Provide research and analytical support in the design and administration of strategic reward programs Oversee merit and bonus payout process, which entails the computation, calculations, tracking, final approvals, review and payment of these programs in area Manage local CB survey participation of international surveys to obtain local and regional market data Ensure the proper administration of mobility provisions affecting CB Educate local Human Resources teams in the spirit of continuous improvement of their CB responsibilities Manage on-going audits by regulatory agencies or third-party auditors as needed Suggest and implement steps / processes, including technological improvements to make the administration of CB more timely and automatic Conduct regular competitive CB market analysis Complete monthly and annual CB reporting requirements at regional and corporate levels Ensure recognition and rewards are managed fairly and consistently in area of responsibility Be knowledgeable of all government regulations governing the CB area ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
