1. Develop and implement last mile network strategy including last mile product type definition, geographic expansion, insouce/outsourcing etc; 2. Continuously develop and expand last mile delivery fleets suppliers including delivery service providers, freelancers, regional partners etc; 3. Overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of Last Mile operations functions, including full accountability for setting and achieving operational goals, analysis and forecasting; 4. Set up and implement last mile operations process and SOPs to realize expected quality and performance; 5. Work with IT team to refine last mile delivery system/software to improve the last mile visibility and delivery experience of couriers; 6. Undertake team management responsbilities to coach and train junior staff. 1. 5 years plus proven work experience in logistics industry with last Mile delivery Experience, Start up company with 0>1 experience is highly recognized; 2. Sense of data and structured thinking; 3. Initiative, drive for result, and resilience; 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Open to intercultural working environment; 5.
