Currently, they are looking for an Inside Sales Representative E-Commerce to join their sales team in Barcelona, Spain. Job Profile for Inside Sales Representative E-Commerce Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Close incoming sales opportunities to ensure that short-term goals, objects and quotas are metPerform outbound calls proactively and when requested by the business, to new and existing customer install baseAssist customers with order placement and product information. Advise them on products and services that best suit their needsFollow-up on leads generated from the Customer Service Team or other departmentsProvide an excellent customer experience from the initial call to the final sale-closureIdentify opportunities to up- and cross-sell products as per customers' requirementsComplete call logs and reports where requiredOffer a high level of service meeting department key metrics for Sales, Quality and Productivity. Overachieve on daily and monthly targetsLiaise effectively with other internal departments and external businesses in a professional manner, as requiredRecognise, document and escalate customer issues or trends following appropriate communication and escalation channelsMaintain product knowledge by attending training workshops, and keeping up to date on product materialsCandidate Profile for Inside Sales Representative E-CommerceMust be fluent in French and Spanish, both written and spoken.
