Currently, they are looking for an E-Commerce Inside Sales Account Representative SMB  to join their sales team in Barcelona, Spain.
Job Profile for E-Commerce Inside Sales Account Representative SMB Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Build complex sales strategy to ensure that long and short-term goals, objects and quotas are met Manage end-to-end sales process for up-sell/cross-sell opportunities Develop and cultivate client relationships with both new and existing customers while achieving profit and revenue objectives Build forecast and pipeline weekly and provide a clear explanation of the current situation on the client portfolio Ensure that customers receive the highest level of sales and operational services Participate in monthly/quarterly business reviews to identify opportunities and risks of churn and build an appropriate action plan Ensure that products, services and solutions recommended to clients will fulfil their needs Work within corporate initiatives including weekly forecasts and opportunity management to reach high-performance goals Use sleek sales methodologies effectively to lead the company to success and over-achievement from prospect to closure Candidate Profile for E-Commerce Inside Sales Account Representative SMB Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
