Profoto is expanding, and we are now looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager for Spain to join our growing team.
What we are looking for The Sales Manager Iberia will be responsible for delivering sales and business results according to the sales strategy set by the Regional Manager EMEA and Key Account Manager South.
This role involves promoting Profoto products in the defined market, growing and developing identified accounts, and creating new business opportunities.
You will work closely with B2B dealers and end customers to generate sales and ensure successful product launches and campaigns.
Key responsibilities Drive sales growth and achieve quarterly sales targets in the Iberian market.Execute profitable events and track performance through the Profoto event tracker.Maximize ROI with allocated marketing budgets by effectively managing marketing campaigns.Develop strong relationships with key accounts and cooperation partners such as camera manufacturers.Conduct co-visits with dealers to B2B accounts like rentals, studios, and schools.Participate in European events and meetings, contributing to overall business goals.Main areas of responsibility include business development in the Iberian region, managing accounts in a multi-channel environment, and forecasting and reporting sales on a quarterly basis.Requirements A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a multi-channel sales environment.Proven experience in both direct and indirect sales/marketing.Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish at a native level is mandatory, and Portuguese or Catalan are a plus.Ability to work and deliver results in a rapidly changing environment.Strong negotiation skills with key accounts.Willingness to travel extensively within the region.Your profile Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong internal drive.Enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-achieving environment.Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.Result-oriented, creative, and driven to succeed.A team player capable of working across borders in an international business environment.Want to join Profoto – The Light Shaping Company?
