¿Cómo crearás experiencias para los huéspedes? Recibirás a nuestros huéspedes con tu alegre y cortés personalidad, ofrecerás un trato amable y cordial tanto a los huéspedes como a nuestros clientes internos y externos.
Estarás informada/o sobre todas las instalaciones y ofertas del hotel, y actualizada/o sobre las reservas y diferentes actividades del hotel, para así poder ofrecer un asesoramiento personalizado a todas las consultas y solicitudes de nuestros huéspedes.
Facilitarás indicaciones e información a los huéspedes acerca de las actividades del hotel, los servicios, los horarios de servicio y las áreas locales de interés.
Te asegurarás de que nuestros huéspedes reciben un acompañamiento que los hace sentir especiales y disfruten de una estancia llena de experiencias memorables.

Aplicarás tus habilidades de anticipación para ayudar a los huéspedes con cualquier duda o incidencia que pudiera surgir y usarás tu empatía para tratarlas de manera la profesional personalizando su experiencia.

Personalidad extrovertida y buenas dotes de comunicación. Capacidad de escucha activa. Experiencia previa en el sector lujo. Fluidez en inglés (B2+ o superior) y nivel español (B2). Se valorarán otros idiomas Buenas habilidades resolutivas y un enfoque proactivo. Conocimiento y manejo de herramientas ofimáticas (Office 365) Opera y Micros.
