The Cint platform is built on a programmatic marketplace, which is the world's largest, with nearly 300 million respondents in over 150 countries who consent to sharing their opinions, motivations, and behaviours.We are feeding the world's curiosityThe OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Vice President (SVP) of Reporting, Tax, and Control (Head of Finance)to join our team.As the SVP of Reporting, Tax, and Control, you will report directly to our CFO and will oversee our Group Accounting, Reporting, Tax, Control, and Payroll teams. Your leadership will ensure robust financial governance and compliance across all our operations. This pivotal role demands expertise in IFRS and extensive experience with publicly listed companies in Europe. Proficiency in Swedish is preferred.What You Will DoGroup Reporting and ConsolidationOversee the preparation and consolidation of group financial statements in accordance with IFRSEnsure timely and accurate financial reporting for internal and external stakeholdersImplement and maintain robust financial controls across the groupExternal Reporting and ComplianceLead the preparation and review of annual and interim financial reports.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and statutory requirements,including CSRD reportingLiaise with external auditors to facilitate smooth and efficient auditsAudit Committee EngagementPrepare and present financial reports to the Audit CommitteeAddress and resolve any queries or concerns raised by the Audit CommitteeProvide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance financial oversight and governanceTax ManagementOversee the development and implementation of tax strategies to optimize tax efficiencyEnsure compliance with all tax regulations and reporting requirementsManage relationships with tax authorities and advisorsLead and mentor the Group Accounting, Reporting, Tax, Control, and Payroll teamsFoster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the departmentDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operationsWhat We Are Looking ForEducation: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Professional accounting qualification (e.G., CPA, ACA, ACCA) is highly desirable.Experience:Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, with significant experience in publicly listed companies in Europe, Sweden preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
