**EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO VICE PRESIDENT**
**What will you be doing at Arrow AGC?**
- You will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and events for the Vice President
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively address them
- Manage phone calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate parties.
- Ensure all travel logistics are well-organized
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
- Proactively identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
**What are we looking for?**
- You have 10 years of professional experience as executive assistant
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
