Leveraging Circana's Foodservice tools (CREST & Salestrack), the Account Manager is responsible for growing the relationships between Circana and key operators & foodservice manufacturer clients in the Foodservice team.
This person will engage in all aspects of client support, including onboarding, nurturing client relationships, making analytical recommendations, and creating and delivering insightful presentations for some Spanish clients, support some PanEurope accounts at the EMEA Foodservice team and participating on Global teams strategic discussions.
The goal is to extend beyond providing data, but to be a trusted partner our internal practice teams and clients rely on.
Job Responsibilities Own the budget and day-to-day relationships with a defined client portfolio (Spanish clients) and prospecting for new clients.
Support on building strategic relationships with client contacts at Spanish, European and Global Level.
Understand and communicate complex data in an easily digestible format.
Accurately interpret data and clearly articulate findings and insights to both internal and external audiences, in written and verbal formats.
Partner with cross-functional departments and teams within Circana to ensure success for the business (OPS, Marketing, Other Countries local teams, Global teams etc).
Deliver insightful presentations and maintain recurring reports & dashboards.
Build expertise in Foodservice industry.
Collaborate with Foodservice director on strategic workstreams for growing the business.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Experience of 4-5 years working with consumer panel and syndicated data is preferred.
Experience in consulting services environment is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities; curiosity and drive
