Job Purpose We are looking for you as our new Junior Export Coordinator.
The position will be based in Madrid, Spain, and you report to the Team leader Distribution Digital International.
The Junior Export Coordinator focuses on global Distribution and Order Processing for a dedicated portfolio of Straumann Group's oral care products and services.
As part of the Distribution International team, the Junior Export Coordinator is responsible and accountable for delivering competitive service levels, while meeting delivery performance targets, through agile and pragmatic prioritization depending on business needs and impact, through smart, exception-based shipping management, through a meticulous execution of standardized tasks, and use of available tools in compliance to a regulated (FDA, TÜV, DEKRA, ESG, Known Consignor etc.)

Your role Execute Customer Orders in SAP Prepare Delivery Notes and Shipments for Pick & Pack in our Warehouse Ensure Customer Backorder-Handling Create all relevant Export Documentation (Customs-Invoices and Packing-Lists, Transport-Orders, Certificate of Origins, etc.)
Send Dispatch-Advises to our global Distributors and Subsidiaries License management Enthusiasm for digital transformation and tools Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, process automation, lean process management, and customer satisfaction Open for travelling to our HQ in Basel Qualifications Basic commercial training (advantageous in a freight forwarding company) Knowledge in Export / Import Knowledge and skills in digital technologies, such as cloud computing, data analytics, artificial intelligence and automation Critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills Knowledge in SAP R / 3 and Microsoft Office English and German skills (spoken and written) Sensitive to our customers' needs to develop trustful and sustainable relationships, both internally and externally As a collaborative team player, you enjoy working in a diverse team of various backgrounds You can work under time pressure (prioritizing is key) and communicate in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and writing You are an active and energetic person, who feels comfortable to work in a dynamic and agile environment Being a performance driven self-starter, you have a can-do attitude to develop things autonomously by using your previous experience Displaying personal and professional ethics to embrace Straumann's Mission and Culture, sponsored by different initiatives to support our diversity Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer (US applicants only) Straumann Group is an equal opportunity employer and will not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment on the basis of race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, creed, national origin, age, veteran status, or disability unrelated to job requirements.
