Export Logistics Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Export Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As an Export Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of international trade operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and follow-up carriers and transport operations to guarantee quality service of international traffic.
- Review and send documents for shipment fulfillment at the warehouse.
- Carry out tasks related to printing original documentation from logistics operators necessary for traffic.
- Modify documentation according to requirements of clients, shipping companies, and airlines.
- Control attached and original documentation (Proof Of Delivery, POD, transports).
- Maintain and track original documents.
- Document and coordinate merchandise's physical inspections between the warehouse and official organizations.
- Manage international traffic incidents of different departments, analyze, and close them.
- Manage procedures and documentation related to insurance's incidents and returns.
- Perform alternatives to daily service caused by emergencies and unexpected events.
- Plan traffic bookings with logistics operators.
- Follow-up and search alternatives to traffic ahead on time to ensure service level.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar job (import/export flows).
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Transport, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving skills, time management, detail, and goal orientation.
This is a temporary position for a maternity leave of minimum 6 months from 1st of November with possibilities to extend into a permanent contract.
