Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and efficient movement of goods within our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate with third-party logistics providers to optimize shipments and manage transportation costs.
- Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure orders are picked, packed, and ready for collection by transporters.
- Prepare shipping documents in complete and correct format prior to shipments.
- Support reject/return orders by ensuring return forms and supporting documents are in order.
- Contribute to logistics reporting for CDC and UK Spoke, particularly for root cause analysis and supporting documents.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in logistics coordination/control tower operations and shipping document preparation.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization and comfortable with B&B and Buyers' work limits.
