POSITION We are recruiting for a full-time Stock Controller for our KARL LAGERFELD store in Designer Outlet Centre Sevilla. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a strong and successful business with ambitious yet realistic growth plans. The Stock Controller is responsible for managing the back-of-house operation including deliveries, transfers, and stockroom organization ensuring all Stock Management HOK procedures are followed. They also have the responsibility of providing a safe working and shopping environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Stock ManagementEfficiently processing all deliveries in and outEnsure all deliveries are processed and managed on the POS systemInform the Store Manager of any delivery/stock discrepanciesFiling paperwork correctly and as per the House of Karl proceduresAssist on the shopfloor when neededDrive salesProvide feedback to Store Manager about stock needed for full product availabilityMaintain a tidy and organized stockroom with a clear system in placeBe aware of the best and slow sellers and ensure these are easily accessible in the stock roomProduct knowledgeExcellent knowledge of the product (sizes, colors and styles etc.)PROFILE Minimum of 1 year of progressively Retail experience in a luxury/contemporary brandCommunicate honestly, openly and constructivelyContribute to an inclusive culture of diverse styles and talents working toward a clear purposeDemonstrate flexibility and innovation in recognizing and reacting to the changing business environmentYou love working in an international environmentJOIN #TEAMKARL The collective vision of KARL LAGERFELD is to be the most connected global designer brand, inspiring consumers through luxury collections and immersing them in the World of KARL.
