Job Overview We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist with a strong command of Dutch.
This role involves ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service, enhancing customer satisfaction, and maintaining the integrity of our platform through effective communication and problem-solving.
Note: This role is office-based in Valencia, Spain.
