En el sector retail moda, la época de rebajas es un periodo muy intenso. Aumenta mucho nuestro tráfico en las tiendas y necesitamos reforzar nuestro equipo de customer care para que la experiencia de nuestros clientes sea tan excelente como el resto del año.
Si te apasiona el mundo de la atención al cliente, ligado al mundo administrativo back office y te encanta trabajar en el sector de la moda, te estamos esperando.
Tu misión en esta posición será la siguiente:
Experiencia cliente: Trabajarás de manera transversal con nuestro equipo de e-commerce, de branding y de customer experience para garantizar nuestra experiencia de cliente a través de tu actitud y tu tono de comunicación oral y escrito, en todos los "touch points". Atención personalizada: Darás una atención personalizada y resolutiva a cada uno de nuestros clientes a través de los distintos canales de comunicación: email, llamada telefónica o chat de whats-app. Soporte logístico y operativo: Darás soporte administrativo y de back office al área de logística y operaciones del canal e-commerce para la correcta entrega en tiempo y forma de los pedidos de nuestros clientes en los canales digitales. Gestión de incidencias: Gestionar de manera transversal con el resto de departamentos y con todas nuestras tiendas las posibles incidencias de falta de stock para que la experiencia de nuestro cliente sea igual de excelente que el resto del año.
Tu lugar de trabajo será en nuestras oficinas centrales ubicadas en Torre Arias, Madrid.
Estamos buscando a un profesional del mundo de la atención al cliente y soporte administrativo con una gran actitud de servicio al cliente y que sepa entender y aplicar nuestro tono de comunicación oral y escrito para garantizar nuestra experiencia de marca con el cliente.
En el proceso de selección haremos una prueba oral y escrita de competencias.
