Associate Director, Business Development, Payers, Providers & Government Hospital Information System
IQVIA Hospital Information System, formerly known as Arcus Air, is a cloud-based technology solution designed for healthcare providers and hospitals to increase workflow efficiency, promote standardization of care, and ultimately empower providers to achieve patient-centered care throughout the patient journey.
The role of the Director BD Sales, Hospital Information system will be a pivotal role in our Go-To-Market strategies in 2024 and beyond as we look to realize and succeed with this positioning in new clients.
Responsibilities Achieve individual annual sales target based on selling to Payer, Provider & Government (PPG) clients across the offering suite to attain TCV quotas as assigned.Deploy extensive external and internal networking to develop contacts and engage with your defined portfolio of clients to drive your opportunity pipeline e.g., generating leadsPersonally, lead key strategic and large opportunities that are critical to achieving regional plan and financial goalsWork with the EMEA RBU PPG Sales teams (functional and local) and RWT specialists to co-ordinate your approach with customers to drive sales, leveraging sales specialist teams where requiredPartner with EMEA in-country PPG sales team adopt and sell established solutions from the PPG portfolioSupport the build out of account plans, and develop / evolve client specific account strategiesPartner with other regional and global sales functions, including Real-World Account Directors to engage C-suite and key influencers and budget holders within client baseAssess any additional client potential within white space analysis to directly drive revenue & growthSupport offerings teams to provide input to develop and adapt current solutions, to create new & improved client centric offeringsRequirements Bachelor's degree in with substantial experience in healthcare industry including : -Proven track record of selling directly to Healthcare clients, ideally within the provider Health IT and / or operational clinical systems areaExtensive knowledge of Health IT tech offerings, customer account management and the Healthcare industry Pharmaceutical industry knowledge desiredDemonstrated ability to influence senior level execs both internally and at customer organizationsAbility to work independently and engage wider go to market stakeholders across organization both internally and externallyCandidates can be considered in all European locationsWhy Join?
