Buscamos un Delivery Manager con capacidad técnica y de gestión para formar parte de un cliente final del sector seguros ubicado en Madrid Capital,
¿CUÁL SERÁ TU MISIÓN?
Será tu responsabilidad liderar y definir técnicamente las iniciativas de transformación del área, gestionar la demanda, asegurar el delivery, gestionar los equipos internos y externos, definir y asegurar la calidad de servicio del área y la gestión de stakeholders.
Garantizar la continuidad de negocio en coordinación con el área de sistemas y las distintas áreas verticales, ayudando a resolver los problemas que puedan surgir en el día a día, buscando soluciones estructurales y mejorando los procesos de nuestro mapa de sistemas a medida que se transforma.
¿CÓMO SERÁ TU DÍA A DÍA?
Gestionarás al equipo de desarrollo de una de las áreas.
Definirás las soluciones técnicas según las peticiones de negocio.
Gestionarás el ciclo de vida de los proyectos (toma de requerimientos, definición de alcance, planificación y fechas, delivery en plazos, pruebas, comunicación con negocio, etc.).
Liderarás técnicamente las iniciativas de transformación del área.
Estarás en contacto con los proveedores, elaborando RFP/RFI, gestionando los entregables y presupuestos.
Apoyarás al resto de equipos buscando soluciones estructurales y mejorando los procesos.
Serás responsable de asegurar los SLA del servicio.
¿QUÉ TE HARÁ TRIUNFAR EN ESTA POSICIÓN?
Experiencia (5+ años) como responsable de equipos de desarrollo, departamento/área o similar.
Background tecnológico, experiencia en arquitectura IT y diseño de soluciones, capaz de transformar requisitos y necesidades de negocio en soluciones tecnológicas.
Experiencia gestionando proveedores de servicios, control presupuestario y plazos.
Experiencia en la gestión de proyectos y en la gestión de equipos multidisciplinares.
Experiencia lanzando proyectos a partir de Iniciativas de negocio, en un modelo colaborativo y activando los recursos necesarios dentro de la organización.
Experiencia en aplicación de metodologías Agiles.
Conocimientos técnicos en Oracle.
Se valorará experiencia en Arquitectura .NET, microservicios, Cloud, DevOps, CI/CD y bases de datos.
IMPRESCINDIBLE INGLÉS ALTO, tendrás la oportunidad de comunicarte con diferentes clientes internacionales.
¿QUÉ OFRECEMOS?
Contratación directa por cliente final.
Modalidad de trabajo híbrido, con 2 días de teletrabajo.
Ubicación en Paseo de la Castellana, Madrid.

Salario entre 50k y 65k, según experiencia aportada y basado en un salario fijo + variable.
