About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Data Delivery Manager to join our team at Empresa Reconocida. As a key member of our Data Delivery and Warehouse Practice, you will be responsible for leading the management of data-on-the-move, identifying, assessing, and collecting data assets, and making them available in our Data Warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop data delivery pipelines and requests in alignment with business stakeholders' needs, enterprise architecture, data warehouse management, and analytics teams.
  • Develop and maintain pipeline documentation, data lineage, and data quality at-source and on-the-move.
  • Disciplinary management, motivation, and development of data delivery resources.
  • Consult business and IT stakeholders on data delivery and EADA department-related questions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering (DWH ops, ETL, pipelining, etc.).
  • Several years of experience in BI or Data Science.
  • Several years of experience in Data Governance and Data Quality initiatives or processes.
  • Thought leadership, creative problem-solving, and ability to explain complex topics in simple terms.
  • Significant Data and Consulting management experience.
  • Related academic research and training background.
  • Broad Digital Transformation and Process Improvement skills.
