**Descripción**:
Como Ingeniero de Diseño de Turbomaquinaria, serás responsable del diseño de componentes del sistema de propulsión relacionados con la turbomaquinaria, incluyendo turbinas y bombas. Tu misión consistirá en desarrollar diseños de turbomaquinaria de alto rendimiento para dar soporte a nuestros innovadores vehículos espaciales microlanzadores.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Diseñar, construir y probar el hardware de turbobomba para los motores de cohete de propulsante líquido de primera/segunda etapa MIURA 5 (TEPREL-C y TEPREL-C Vac).
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de propulsión para garantizar la integración funcional de los componentes de turbomaquinaria en el sistema del motor.
- Generar planos detallados de producción de piezas para cumplir los requisitos funcionales mediante el uso de apilamientos de tolerancia.
- Elaborar y poseer la pila de tolerancia de turbomáquinas, incorporando información de simulaciones operativas para comprender las holguras de interfaz críticas y fundamentar las decisiones de fabricación y montaje.
- Elaborar, actualizar y revisar la documentación de ingeniería, incluidos los modelos y planos de ingeniería.
- Evaluar las condiciones de no conformidad del hardware proporcionando disposiciones escritas para las discrepancias de desarrollo, producción, prueba y postproducción teniendo en cuenta los requisitos de diseño, seguridad, calidad, coste y calendario.
- Redactar, revisar y actualizar instrucciones de trabajo para el montaje, la manipulación y la inspección de conjuntos de turbobombas (tanto artículos de prueba intermedios como hardware de vuelo).
- Proporcionar información para identificar, mejorar el rendimiento, aumentar la fiabilidad o la fabricabilidad, y el montaje a nível de diseño y a nível operativo.
- Interacción con los equipos de fabricación y ensamblaje del proveedor o internos durante el diseño y la construcción del hardware del prototipo. Incorporar cualquier lección de producibilidad aprendida mediante el cambio de diseño y la revisión de planos.
- Generar documentación, incluidas guías de usuario, directrices y manuales de usuario para uso de los clientes internos.
- Generar documentación para revisiones formales de desarrollo de programas.

**Conocimientos requeridos**:

- Licenciatura en Ingeniería Aeroespacial.
- 5 años de experiência utilizando CAD para diseñar piezas/conjuntos (preferiblemente SIEMENS NX).
- Dominio del inglés, tanto escrito como oral, y excelentes dotes de comunicación.

**Competencias requeridas**:

- Conocimiento del software CAD y de los principios de ingeniería, así como de los procesos de fabricación de turbomaquinaria.
- Gestión de proveedores para lo siguiente, pero sin limitarse a ello: soporte de utillaje de montaje/fabricación, equilibrado de rotores, fundición, cojinetes y juntas.
- Experiência en uno o más de los siguientes aspectos
- Diseño mecánico de turbomaquinaria
- Diseño de cojinetes y sellos / elementos mecánicos para aplicaciones de turbobombas de cohetes.
- Fabricación / producibilidad de hardware de turbobombas.
