As the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations, you will be pivotal in driving the strategic and operational initiatives across our growth team (in alignment with other functions) to drive performance improvements and continuously enhance the impact of marketing on Deel's growth trajectory. You will report to our Associate Director of Revenue Strategy and Operations.What you'll do at Deel:Oversee day-to-day management of marketing operations infrastructure within HubSpot and other core marketing technologies.Partner closely with growth and demand generation counterparts to strategically enhance campaign execution, audience targeting, and lead-to-revenue modeling.Collaborate with growth and pipeline/sales operations to monitor and optimize lead quality through the funnel.Establish and manage proper lead capture, attribution, engagement, and campaign infrastructure.Continuously identify opportunities to drive operations and automation initiatives that improve funnel outcomes and support pipeline growth objectives.Design, build, and manage a variety of marketing programs and campaigns.Own and collaborate with Systems and Data team to ensure data architecture and synchronization between HubSpot and Salesforce to ensure accuracy.Key Qualifications:5+ years of experience in marketing operations.
