.Desde Robert Walters estamos buscando un Business Development Sr Manager para importante empresa de servicios de asesoría estratégica, desarrollo de negocios y expansión internacional ubicada en Palma de Mallorca.Si eres un excelente gestor de equipos que sabe cómo comunicarse y escuchar eficazmente a los demás, tienes la capacidad de supervisar de forma remota el trabajo de un equipo multicultural, asumir la responsabilidad de tu trabajo y el del equipo, y estás buscando una oportunidad de carrera a largo plazo en un entorno amigable para el desarrollo de negocios / ventas, no esperes más y aplica ahora.Desde la empresa están buscando contratar a un Sr Manager / Director con experiencia demostrada en la gestión de grandes equipos internacionales y en la obtención de resultados, para unirse a nuestro equipo de Fusiones y Adquisiciones a largo plazo. Esta persona reportará directamente al Director de Fusiones y Adquisiciones (M&A).DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PUESTO Serás responsable de supervisar la actividad diaria de desarrollo de negocios y los resultados de nuestro equipo internacional de desarrollo de negocios, incluyendo, entre otras funciones:Convertirte en el líder del equipo de desarrollo de negocios, asumiendo la responsabilidad intrínseca que conlleva el cargo; Realizar reuniones semanales con todos los miembros del equipo para garantizar que cada uno de ellos cumpla con los objetivos semanales, tanto en cantidad como en calidad; Apoyar a los miembros del equipo en llamadas, reuniones, ferias comerciales u otros eventos complejos o muy relevantes, según lo acordado con el Director de M&A; Comunicarse de manera respetuosa y efectiva con las contrapartes relevantes a nivel de grupo en todas las actividades de cumplimiento y reportes, de acuerdo con las normas internas; Trabajar mano a mano con el Analista de Informes y Analíticas para maximizar los resultados del trabajo del equipo utilizando nuestro CRM, asegurando la mejora continua; Preparar informes yanálisis internos para los ejecutivos senior, según sea requerido.REQUISITOS Y HABILIDADES Título universitario y/o maestría en Administración de Empresas, Economía o Derecho; Más de 6 años de experiencia liderando y gestionando equipos de desarrollo de negocios, contrataciones, ventas o de operaciones; Excelente gestor deequipos y jugador en equipo, tanto hacia arriba, hacia abajo y lateralmente; Persona muy disciplinada, organizada y orientada a resultados; Capacidad para empatizar y colaborar de manera individual con todos los colegas; Comunicador efectivo; Disposición para viajar un 30% del tiempo total de trabajo; Nivel casi bilingüeen inglés y español. Se valorarán adicionalmente conocimientos de otros idiomas (alemán, portugués, francés o italiano)
