Als Account Manager generierst du sowohl neue Abschlüsse als auch betreust deinen eigenen Kundenstamm vom Verkaufsabschluss über die gesamte Customer Journey.Deutschland (remote)Deine Rolle auf unserer Mission: Komm mit Eltern und SchülerInnen ins Gespräch, die sich für unser Nachhilfeangebot interessieren und begleite diese von der ersten Anfrage über eine optionale Probestunde bis hin zur ersten EinheitAktive Betreuung deines eigenen Kundenstamms. Du baust eine gute Beziehung zu deinem eigenen Kundenstamm auf.Du bist während der gesamten Customer Journey deines eigenen Kundenstamms Ansprechperson.Mit deiner Kommunikationsfähigkeit verstehst du die Bedürfnisse und Fragen deiner KundInnen, findest die perfekten TutorInnen und stellst einen optimalen Ablauf sicher.Im Anschluss überzeugst du deine KundInnen von einem unserer umfangreichen Nachhilfe-Pakete und Produktlösungen.Hilf deinen KundInnen, unsere Plattform bestmöglich zu verstehen und stelle ein reibungsloses Onboarding sicher.Mache auf unser tolles Empfehlungsprogramm aufmerksam und sichere dir somit schon heute deine zusätzlichen NeukundInnen von morgen.Nutze deinen aktiven Kundenstamm, um daraus Empfehlungen für Neukunden zu generieren.Erreiche deine persönlichen Zielvorgaben und KPIs mit tatkräftiger Unterstützung deines Teamleads und deiner TeamkollegInnen/MentorInnen.Dein Einfluss: Eine Riesenportion Motivation, Disziplin und Zielstrebigkeit Spaß an der stetigen Veränderung in einem sehr dynamischen, schnellen Umfeld.Hands on/Selbstständiges Arbeiten : Du schaffst es, deinen Kundenstamm stetig zu vergrößern, indem du neue Abschlüsse, aktive Kundenbetreuung und Generierung von Empfehlungskunden aus deinem Kundenstamm unter einen Hut bekommst, um deine monatlichen Ziele zu erreichen.Du findest die Lösung und suchst nicht das Problem.Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und die Neugierde für das Große Ganze.Kommunikationstalent - du bist eloquent und kannst noch besser zuhören
