**Job **Objectives**

Manage the accounting cycle and the accounting administrative processes of the MediaMarkt stores in order to comply with the legal regulations and the company's internal procedures.

**Tasks**
- Overall Responsibility of the General Accounting (GA) team in a shared service center providing service to different countries
- Oversee GA operations: Mainly Fixed Asset, Month end entries, Balance sheet, IC & Bank reconciliations.
- Leading the standardization and harmonization of scope & processes across countries within GBS org.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and achieve efficiency in resources allocation within the team.
- Direct contact with Head of Finance & CFO to align collaboration, synchronize strategies and guarantee best quality in our services.
- Active role in international migration projects to the GBS organization.

**Requirements**:

- High level of English (written & spoken).
- Large experience working in a finance department (General accounting, Reporting, F&A, Controlling, ).
- Excellent communications skills.
- Experience in an International Share Service Center
- Excellent Leadership & Managements skills.
- Experience leading teams.
