We pride ourselves on delivering quality solutions and exceptional service to our customers, and we are looking for a passionate Business Expansion Manager to join our team and be part of this exciting journey.TareasWhat will you do with us?To identify territorial expansion opportunities: To perform market analysis to identify strategic areas with high growth potential in Spain.Identify territorial expansion opportunities: Conduct market analysis to identify strategic areas with high growth potential in Spain.Develop growth strategies: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement franchise expansion strategies.Generate leads from potential franchisees: Execute lead generation tactics and participate in industry events to attract investors.Lead the franchisee selection process: Guide candidates through the acquisition process, assessing their suitability and alignment with brand values.Negotiate and close deals: Lead negotiations with potential franchisees and collaborate with the legal team in drafting contracts.Provide ongoing support: Provide guidance and support to franchisees in marketing, operations, financial management and business development.RequisitosWhat are we looking for?Previous experience in sales, business development or franchise management, preferably in the service or retail sector in Spain.In-depth knowledge of the Spanish market and its regional characteristics.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.Results orientation and proven ability to achieve and exceed growth objectives.University degree in business administration, marketing or other relevant discipline.BeneficiosWhat can we offer you?We offer competitive compensation complemented by significant variable compensation.We provide you with a company car to facilitate your mobility, supporting you in your day-to-day work.If you wish, you will be able to take out co-funded health insurance; because your well-beingis of paramount importance to us.Our work model is hybrid, but since you will need flexibility for your job, we will give you all the flexibility you need.We have flexible hours, so you can organize your day according to your needs.In addition, because we believe in the importance of a good quality of work life, we have an intensive work day on Fridays and in the summer.If you are passionate about business and sales and are looking for an environment where your initiative and proactivity are valued, send your CV and join us in this exciting adventure .#J-18808-Ljbffr
