Multinacional SSC del sector Automoción busca un Finance Operations Manager - SSC en Madrid.Reportando al Director del SSC, tus principales responsabilidades serán:• Análisis de Datos y Mejora de KPI´s.• Desarrollo y Gestión de SLA´s.• Desarrollo, implementación y supervisión de proyectos Ad-hoc, para la gestión eficiente de solicitudes y problemas.• Gestionar y coordinar las operaciones de Cuentas por Pagar (AP), Cuentas por Cobrar (AR) y Master Data.• Automatizar procesos de análisis y reporte de datos para mejorar la eficiencia.• Gestionar y liderar un equipo de analistas y especialistas en datos, proporcionando dirección y apoyo en sus actividades diarias.• Gestionar y desarrollar al equipo contable, proporcionando orientación, capacitación y evaluaciones de desempeño periódicas.REQUISITOS• Licenciatura/Grado en Economía/Administración de Empresas o similar.• Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en posiciones similares, dentro de SSC. Preferiblemente con experiencia internacional. Muy valorable experiencia previa en Auditoría/Big4.• Gestión de las operaciones de AP, AR, y Master Data.• Fuerte enfoque en el análisis de datos, KPI´s y SLA.
