As Business Consultant, you will be part of a consulting team responsible for achieving the growth targets set for us in Spain. Business consulting projects Execution Execute cross-functional projects according to project plans under the guidance of senior management, working closely with internal teams to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and project goals. Prepare high-quality deliverables and presentations, collaborating with team members to analyze data and develop strategic recommendations, and staying updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance project outcomes. Participate in client meetings and presentations, and maintain regular communication with clients to update them on project progress, address concerns and ensure satisfaction. Consultative Selling and Strategic Approach Utilize consultative selling skills to deeply understand client needs, challenges, and objectives. Support in structuring proposal narratives and presentations to effectively showcase Merkle's capabilities and solutions Assist in ensuring proposals are coherent, clear, and aligned with client expectations and company offerings. Pioneering 'Business Consulting' Identify and develop offerings that dynamically respond to evolving market needs. Foster team growth and ongoing training to stay at the forefront of best practices and emerging trends. Advocate internally for the value and capabilities of our new team, actively collaborating with other functions to ensure organizational alignment and support. Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
