The Role
We are seeking a talented intern to join our consulting team, where you will have the opportunity to work on engaging projects alongside experienced consultants. This role offers an ideal platform for learning firsthand how to manage Workday solutions for clients, while also contributing to meaningful projects that drive real impact. Our ultimate goal is to provide you with a long-term career path as a Workday Consultant.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with consultants to configure Workday modules tailored to client needs.
  • Participate in meetings with clients to understand their requirements and assist in documenting business needs.
  • Execute functionality tests, identifying and resolving errors or inconsistencies in system configuration.
  • Develop reports in Workday to provide accurate data analysis for clients.

Work Environment & Schedule
In Madrid or Barcelona, with flexible part-time schedule adaptability, offering intra-curricular or extra-curricular internship opportunities. An approximate duration applies to this position.

Estimated Salary Range: €2,500 - €3,000 per month (dependent on experience)
