We have developed a membrane reactor technology for on-site hydrogen separation and production from different feedstocks, such as ammonia, methanol, formic acid, synthesis gas from waste.
The Opportunity
As Lab Technician at H2SITE, you will play a crucial role in the R&D membrane department. Your main function will be to develop membranes for hydrogen separation.
Main Tasks
Prepare chemical formulations, both solid and liquid reagents.
Usage of mechanical equipment for the manufacturing of the membranes and carry out surface deposition processes.
Carry out thermal treatments during the fabrication process.
Quality control of produced membranes: visual inspection, surface characterization, leak test, etc.
Other chemical characterizations: Measure concentration of reagents by ICP, valorizations, etc.
Usage of minor laboratory equipment: balance, ultrasonic bath, stirring baths, pH meter.
What you'll need to succeed
FP in Analysis and quality control laboratory / FP Chemical analysis and control or other similar related to equipment maintenance, while also touching on laboratory/chemistry duties.
At least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
Previous experience in refractory and/or metallurgical industries.
Experience with maintenance of mass production equipment.
